The Learning Partnership
At Armadale Primary School we aim to develop strong, productive home-school partnerships. We believe that parent engagement with their child’s learning will help to ensure all students are connected, motivated and actively involved in their learning. A strong partnerships helps students to feel safe, happy, develop resilience and a positive self-esteem.
School has changed since we were all at school. Techniques have changed and these have been refined due to research. We often hear that ‘if it worked for me then it will be fine for my child’. However the world is constantly evolving, and education is not exempt. We need to work together – teacher, child and parent, if we are to promote and foster optimal learning growth.
This space offers us a platform to strengthen the home – school partnership.
